Terms of service

These terms apply when you book junk removal or a roll off dumpster with us.

Quotes

A quote given from photos is binding provided the photos represent the whole job. Where the material on arrival is materially greater than what was shown, we will give you a revised number before starting and you are free to decline.

Prohibited material

We cannot accept liquid paint, solvents, fuel, automotive fluids, asbestos, medical or biohazard waste, live ammunition, full propane cylinders or bulk tires. Items found in a load are left on site.

Access and property

You confirm you are authorised to dispose of the items and that access is lawful. We take reasonable care with floors, walls and driveways, and any damage should be raised before the crew leaves so it can be resolved.

Payment

Residential jobs are settled on completion. Commercial accounts may be invoiced with net terms once established.

Cancellation

Cancel or reschedule at no charge with reasonable notice. A crew that arrives at a booked slot and cannot access the job may charge for the visit.
