We collect the minimum needed to quote and complete a job, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

Name, phone number, email address, service address and any photos or description you send through a form on this site or by text. Standard web analytics also record anonymised page views and traffic sources.

How it is used

To quote your job, schedule the crew, invoice the work and follow up if something goes wrong. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third party marketers.

How long it is kept

Quote enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within twelve months. Completed job records are retained as long as required for tax and insurance purposes.

Your choices

Ask us to delete your details at any time by emailing [email protected] and we will confirm once it is done.

Cookies

This site uses only what is needed for basic function and anonymised analytics. Browser settings can block them without breaking the site.
